I live in Sunbury and I photograph across Victoria and am available for destination weddings.
my process:
Capturing the joy and emotion of your wedding day is not simply my job; it is my heartfelt passion. It begins with getting to know your story, understanding your vision, and thoughtfully planning the details that will allow your day to unfold naturally. On the wedding day itself, I’m there to anticipate the moments that matter—the laughter, happy tears, quiet glances, and heartfelt embraces. Through a balance of candid imagery and thoughtfully composed portraits, I strive to capture the genuine connections shared between you, your family, and your closest friends. From the emotion of your vows to the energy of the dance floor, my goal is to preserve not only how your wedding day looked, but how it felt. So that years from now, you can return to your photographs and relive the magic, emotion, and memories of a day that will always be uniquely yours.
can we meet you before the wedding:
Of course! I can organise a zoom or FaceTime or catch up meeting to discuss any questions you might have about the process. Then closer to the day we can catch up for a coffee (or wine!) to go over the finer details and your timeline.
how do I book:
I require a non-refundable booking fee of $500 and a signed agreement to secure your date. The final balance is due 14 days before your wedding day. (Payment plans are also available)
sneak peeks:
I know you’ll be excited to see your photographs—and believe me, so will I! 🥰
Creating your first sneak peek after the wedding is always such a fun and exciting part of the process. I love selecting those special moments that give you a little glimpse into the story of your day while you’re still soaking it all in.
You can expect a minimum of 10 sneak peek images within 48 hours of your wedding day, giving you something beautiful to relive, share, and get excited about while I continue working on your full wedding gallery.
timeline planning:
No idea where to start with laying out the timing of your day? I know there are so many decisions, and I know it can all be a little overwhelming. But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. From booking to the big day, I am here to answer any timeline questions you may have along the way, whether they be simple or more complex. All collections include a detailed timeline meeting that will take place about a month before the wedding day.
how many images can I expect:
You can expect 600+ beautifully edited images from your wedding day, with my average wedding gallery containing around 800 photographs, depending on the amount of coverage and the unique flow of your day. I don’t believe in putting a set number on your memories. Instead, I carefully curate and deliver as many images as I feel are needed to fully capture and tell the story of your wedding day ~ from the big, emotional moments to the little details you may not have even noticed. My goal is simple: to give you a gallery that feels complete, authentic, and true to the story of your day.
how many images can I expect:
My turnaround time for full wedding galleries is 8 weeks, and I always provide 10+ sneak peeks within 48 hours of the wedding.
I feel awkward in front of the camera ~ will you tell us what to do:
Of course! I’ll guide you through your photos in a relaxed and natural way, so you never feel overly posed—but you also never have to wonder what to do with your hands! I love using gentle prompts and natural interactions to help you relax, laugh, move, and genuinely connect with each other. Rather than asking you to hold stiff poses, I’ll create little moments that allow your personalities and connection to shine through. You don’t need to know how to pose, and you definitely don’t need to come prepared with a list of poses. That’s my job! All you need to do is show up, be yourselves, and trust me to guide you. And yes, I can pretty much guarantee it will be fun! 🥰
how much experience do you have:
I started my photography business in 2014 and photographed my
very first solo wedding in 2015. Since then, I’ve had the incredible privilege of documenting so many beautiful weddings, each one completely unique and special in its own way. Every wedding has added to my experience, shaped my approach, and given me the opportunity to meet wonderful couples and be part of some truly unforgettable days.
And after all these years, I’m still just as excited to keep doing what I love and capturing many more beautiful love stories to come.
do you edit in different styles:
I don’t! Having a distinct and consistent style is a big part of my art and what makes my work uniquely mine. When you choose me as your photographer, you can expect your images to be edited in the same style you see throughout my website and Instagram.
Over the years, I’ve carefully curated my preset to create a consistent look across every gallery while still allowing each image to feel natural, timeless, and true to the moment.
Your final gallery will also include a selection of hand-picked black-and-white images, chosen specifically because I feel they add something special to the story of your day.
can we have the RAW photos:
As most photographers would say, I’m sorry, but the answer will always be NO! My finished images are an important part of my art, and I don’t share or deliver work before it has been fully edited and completed.
I pour a lot of care and intention into every image, so the editing process is an essential part of how I tell your story. The final gallery you receive is the finished representation of my work and my vision.
That said, I may occasionally get a little too excited and show you a few sneaky peeks from the back of my camera on the wedding day! 😉 Choosing a photographer is about more than simply loving the way they photograph a wedding ~ it’s also about loving and trusting their editing style. I always encourage couples to make sure they genuinely connect with the complete look and feel of a photographer’s work before booking, because that style is an important part of the final artwork you’ll receive.
do you edit things out:
I use my own discretion when editing your images and will often remove small distractions that I feel take away from the photograph. My goal is to keep your images looking natural, authentic, and true to the moment.
I don’t typically undertake major Photoshop alterations, but I’m happy to make minor adjustments where needed to ensure your final images look their best.
If you have a specific request for something to be removed or altered, just let me know! Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of images involved, an additional editing fee may apply.
The Investment:
I understand how important it is to preserve the beauty, emotion, and little details of your wedding day, and I would love nothing more than to be the one capturing every smile, every tear, and every moment that makes your celebration uniquely yours.
I also understand that choosing your wedding photographer is a big decision. You’re not simply choosing someone to take photographs—you’re choosing someone you trust to preserve memories that you’ll look back on for the rest of your lives.
When you invest in photography with me, you’re investing in your story. My hope is that your images will transport you back to the feeling of your wedding day—the laughter, the happy tears, the people you love, and all those fleeting moments you never want to forget. Years from now, I want you to be able to open your gallery and feel it all over again.
Couples typically invest thousands in their wedding photography with me, depending on their chosen collection and coverage.
a friend for life:
My favourite part of what I do is knowing that when you choose me as your photographer, you’re placing your trust in me to document one of the biggest and most meaningful days of your lives. That is a responsibility I never take lightly. To capture your day authentically, I want to know you ~ your story, your relationship, what matters most to you, and the vision you have for your wedding day. My hope is that by the time your wedding day arrives, I feel like so much more than just another vendor. I want you to feel completely comfortable in front of my camera, knowing you’re in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about your experience.
And if I’m lucky, our relationship doesn’t end when your wedding gallery is delivered. I’d love nothing more than to stick around for the beautiful milestones that come next ~ capturing anniversaries, growing families, new chapters, and all the moments in between, both as your photographer and, hopefully, as your friend.
